[Egerton was sent to the corner, Blaze hit
a Blaze Buster, but as the NGWA Women's Champion was about to go for the Midwest Miracle,
Egerton counterd with a back body drop, pulling Blaze back to her feet, Egerton sent her
to the ropes, a drop kick to the knee and the Shining Wizard meant Egerton picked up the
win.]

[Azrael was back on the offensive showing little ring rust taking it to Viper with Cradle Suplex, Elevated Cradle Neck Breaker before hitting the Widow Maker setup (Inverted facelock DDT). But as Azrael tried to set Viper up on the top rope for the Widow maker, Viper came back at him with an elbow to the face and adjusting on the turnbuckle Viper managed to hit a Super Face First Suplex, before a top rope elbow that was enough to put Azrael away.]

[Taylor drops a leg across the chest of
Wizard while he is down and then gets to his feet and starts to climb the ropes. Taylor
gets to the top rope and turns to find Wizard on his feet. Taylor vaults into the air with
a cross body block but Wizard catches him in the air. Wizard turns around so the crowd can
see Taylor squirming to get free, and then delivers a fall away slam. Wizard gets up and
locks Taylor into a sleeper hold; Taylor flails his arms wildly as he tries to pull
himself to the ropes. The ref is right there asking Taylor if he would like to give up. He
raises Taylor's hand and drops it; Taylor swings his arm back and catches Wizard in the
ribs with an elbow that causes Wizard to break the hold. Taylor sprints into the ropes and
shoulder butts Wizard with no effect. He does it again with no effect. Taylor goes once
more and is caught with a boot to the face that almost tears his head off. Wizard wastes
no time and grabs him up and scoop slams him. Wizard once again wastes no time and pulls
Taylor up and pump handle slams him down. Wizard goes for the pin.]
There's nothing left

[Rotten gets the shoulder up while Saunders
pulls him up to his feet and runs him head first into the top turnbuckle before turning
him around and unleashing a vicious knife edge chop to the chest. Rotten slumps back into
the corner while Saunders pulls him and connects with another chop as the fans are
reacting to each shot. Saunders irish whips Rotten into the opposite corner and charges in
but Rotten walks up the turnbuckles and nails a charging Saunders with a corkscrew
moonsault. Saunders hits the mat hard as Rotten hits the ropes and comes down with a
flipping leg drop over the throat and follows up with a cover.]

[Tesauro goes for the super kick but Rotten barely ducks under it and comes back with a boot to the midsection before driving him into the mat with a spinning reverse DDT. Joey crumples to the mat. Rotten gets to his feet and climbs up to the top turnbuckle and looks around before leaping off with one and three quarter rotations with a twist into a moonsault.]

The Brothers Smith and Another Happy Customer... |
[Backstage, we watch as The Brothers Smith come strutting around the corner. We listen in...]
Parker: "The Fancy Cars...the Women and the Caviar...You know who we are....Because we're pimpin' all over the world!"
[Jon chimes in.]
Jon: "Sing it hoes..."
[Parker starts doing the running man in the middle of the hall way. Jon encourages him with some OHHHHHHHing and AAAAAAAAAWWWING.]
[Jon is carrying a ripped garbage bag, that is full of Smith Club Headbands. We know this, because we can see a few of them almost falling out of the bag.]
Jon: "That tune rocks hard."
Parker: "And it fits with us. Today we're in a different part of the world, and the ladies know who we are. Big Pimpin' BayBAY!!"
[Just then, a little toddler with his father is seen standing by the Smith's locker room. Jon struts on up to them and speaks.]
Jon: "How ya doin there sport?"
Kid: "I'm good." {shy}
Parker: "Do you wanna pimp it up like we do?"
[The kid's father shoots Parker a glare. Parker realizes the kid is only 8, maybe 9 yrs old, and reverts back. Good thing the kid doesn't know what being a pimp is.]
Kid: "Um, no thanks. But I do want a headband."
[Jon and Parker exchange a hugely energetic high five, as Parker even starts playing air guitar and head banging a little bit.]
Jon: "Sure thing sport, here ya go."
[Jon reaches in and pulls out two headbands. He hands one over to the little guy, who immediately puts it on. Jon smiles and then hands one over to his father.]
[The father very reluctantly accepted, only because his son was watching and was excited that they could now wear matching bands.]
Parker: "Put yours on Sir!"
Jon: "Yeah dude, do it!"
[The father smiles uncomfortably and dawns the colours of red and black.]
Jon: "Awesome dudes, well we gotta roll, I'm about to go whip some disillusioned ASS!"
Parker: "Party on!"
[The Brothers Smith go strutting through the curtain, and look ready to make their entrance to the arena.]
Jimmy Peckman: Welcome to The WWA and SWF SUPER J CUP TOURNAMENT! WE ARE LIVE IN PALACE OF AUBURN HILLS, in AUBURN HILLS MICHIGAN! We have one exciting night to bring you all tonight and it is going to be great!
Larry Dots: Tell me now who your prediction to win this entire tournament is...
Jimmy Peckman: I am going to say the wild card Masafumi Satake. He was brought in as a replacement by Tai Haven so I think the Cruiserweight title shot at Summer Games will belong to him. Whos your choice?
Larry Dots: I am going to say the SWF commissioner "Ruthless" Wally Renfield just because he has proven time after time why he is so great here in the Sadistic Wrestling Federation.
Jimmy Peckman: He wont be able to pull his tricks threatening to fire the referee because they are WWA officials.
Larry Dots: I have never seen or heard of Wally doing that, how can you speak about the former SWF Heavyweight champion like that?
Jimmy Peckman: Because everybody that doesnt tune into Warpath needs to know what he is really like. But for all of the history geeks and love to know what has happened in the former Super Js that the WWA or WWA regions here is a bit of info for you.

Larry Dots: So it begins!
Jon Smith (WMW) vs. J Sane (C2W) |
[The lights in the arena dim down.]
[A loud crash is heard, and a big guitar riff.]
[Disengage the Simulator by CKY begins to play over the PA system.]
#With the error that's in my mind
#And in my soul
#I'm driving blind
[Parker his nodding his head to the beat. Jon is dressed in his wrestling gear, rocking a Smith Club Headband. He points into the crowd.]
#I got a picture in the box
#That is bringing me to where I am
[More jamming from the guitars....The Brothers walk down the aisle towards the ring. They
have decided to wear their WMW Tag team titles around their waist to represent their
region.]
#Yet the eyes are all affixed on you not me
#For driving blind
[A few high fives with the fans, before Jon rushes under the bottom rope and pops up in
the middle of the ring. He slaps his chest a bit, while rocking out a bit to his theme
music.]
#And the first time will be the last time
#That you believe
#You're falling as you decide
#Face down the whole world wide
#Before cannot be retrieved
[Guitar jams!]
[Jon takes off his tag team title and hands it over the top rope to Parker.]
#From all the way up here there's no end
#I'm flying high
#But the worst is never first
#And there's a person that'll set you straight
[They exchange a high five, as Jon begins to ready himself for the match.]
#Cancelling the force within my brain
#For flying high
#The simulator has been disengaged
#Indifference begins to take sides
#Face down the whole world wide
#Before cannot be retrieved
[The crowd cheers as Parker motions for them to give some credit to his older Brother. The
camera gets a close up of Jon Smith who is all business and ready for action.]
#From all the way up here there's no end
#I'm flying high
#But the worst is never first
#And there's a person that'll set you straight
Jimmy Peckman: And Matt Smith is in the ring now! This is a very anticipated match up.
Larry Dots: And here comes J-Sane right now, the current WWA Television Champion. This man is pure evil, and these fans in Michigan are really going to let him hear it tonight. But to tell you the truth, I kinda like the guy.
["Psycho 2" by D12 starts up over the sound system and out walks J-Sane to a chorus of boo's. Nobody in the arena respects this man as he walks out in a world of his own. Kimber follows right behind him as the two circle the ring.]
Larry Dots: He's ready, that's for sure.
[J-Sane slides into the ring, and prepares for action of the first round of the Super J. The crowd continues to boo him as Kimber keeps a close eye on Parker Smith who is also on ringside. The bell is then rung, and action is finally under way.] [Jon Smith and J Sane meet in the center of the ring. J Sane starts talking, Jon not backing down, jaws right back. They begin circling each other, followed by a tie up. Smith and Sane lock up...Smith is able to push Sane back into the corner, where he gives him a clean break. He backs off, but Sane hits him with a right hand to the face. Jon is shocked, and lunges forward and rocks Sane with a forearm shot to the jaw. Sane shakes it off and push Jon into the middle of the ring, where they again lock up, this time Sane drops to one knee and flips Jon over onto his back. Jon quickly jumps up and looks into the smirking face of Sane. Jon slaps his bicep and moves in again. Sane ready for him, connects with an elbow to back of the head. Jon turns around and slaps Sane across the face. Sanes eyes widen, then his face turns to a scowl as he nods his head.]
Jimmy Peckman: This one is just starting to heat up.
[Jon runs at Sane and whips him into the corner, where Jon quickly rushes over and climbs the rope and begins planting right hands on Sane, as the crowd counts along.]
1....
2.....
3....
4......
5......
6.....
7....
[Jon leaps off the corner and hops around the ring doing his air guitar, Sane rushes out of the corner, looking for an atomic drop, but Smith saw him coming and blocks it and then hits a huge High Arcing Drop Kick to the face of Sane, which sends him down to the arena floor. Sane falls right in front of Parker, who extends his hand, as if he is going to help him up. Then Parker quickly pulls away and begins doing a little dance on the outside, much to the delight of the crowd.]
Jimmy Peckman: Classic move there by Parker Smith.
Larry Dots: J-Sane wont be too happy after that, I can tell you that much.
[Jon points at Parker as he is dancing on the outside. Sane is quick to get to his feet as he looks at Parker, Jon bounces off the ropes and Suicide dives over the top rope and crashing down on Sane!]
Jimmy Peckman: OH! What a move!
Larry Dots: I gotta admit it, even Im impressed.
[Both men felt the impact, the ref starts a ten count, Parker helps Jon up and rolls him into the ring, As Kimber helps Sane roll back into the ring. Both men get up to their feet. Sane grabs Jon Irish whipping him to the ropes, Jon reverses it and sends Sane to the ropes instead, Sane comes back and nails a big spinning wheel kick catching Jon in the face, Sane gets jeered by the crowd as he picks up Jon from behind and looks to German suplex him but Jon elbows out of it, Sane stumbles a little backwards before heading back to his opponent and walks straight into a double arm DDT from out of no where and the crowd cheer a little for Jon after the move.]
Jimmy Peckman: Ouch!
[Sane eventually reaches his feet and the pace begins to quicken now as he runs at Smith who goes for a clothesline but Sane ducks and heads to the ropes, Jon turns as Sane comes back looking again for another spinning wheel kick BUT to no avail, this time Jon avoids it. J Sane quickly gets back to his feet and rushes at Smith who catches him with an arm drag take down, both reach their feet quickly only to have Sane take Smith down with the arm drag and again both men reach their feet and try for a drop kick only for both men to hit thin air just a few feet from each other. The crowd erupts in cheers and clapping is heard in respect to the effort both men are putting in so far and both Sane and Jon look confident early on.]
Jimmy Peckman: This is anyones match right now..
[Sane gets up first and grabs Smith, and nailed a powerdriver! He wasted no time as he leaps to his feet and picks up Jon. He whips him to the ropes and connected with a back toss sending one half of the WMW Tag Team Champion flying into the air and crashing down to the mat. Sane and Jon get to their feet, and Sane kicks Smith in the gut and connects with a DDT!]
[Sane ran to the corner and exposed the turnbuckle. Followed by sending Smith into the exposed corner. Sane slowly stumbles out of the corner, Sane went to whip him to the other corner but Jon reverses it and sends Sane chest first into the opposite corner. Jon rushes in after Sane and clotheslines him down face first. The head of J Sane is left laying on the bottom rope, as Jon Smith circles to the middle of the ring. Jon pretends to take off an imaginary belt from his tights, and then whips it around his head like a lasso. Jon runs forward and nails Sane with a Bronco Buster. Jon begins slamming his arm off of the top rope to really indicate that he is riding Sane hard. As the crowd pops with laughter.]
Larry Dots: Hah! Jon Smith is ridiculous!
[Jon bounces his head as he struts around the ring, pointing to the crowd. Sane gets to his feet, Jon quickly connects with a High Elevation Drop Kick, Sane is falls back to the corner. Jon follows it up with a German suplex, Jon goes for a quick cover, but Sane kicks out at two.]
Jimmy Peckman: He almost had him there!
Larry Dots: Will you stop speaking the obvious?!
[Jon jumps to his feet and throws his arm around the ref, making sure he only got a two count. He pats the ref on the back as Sane gets to his feet, Jon kicks Sane in the gut and nailed a fame asser. Jon leans in the corner talking to Parker, Sane rolls to his knees, Jon goes for a reverse DDT, But Sane was playing possum and whip Smith into the exposed corner.]
Larry Dots: This is where Sane is going to get vicious, I can tell.
[Sane starts a series of vicious stomps and kicks to the mid-section, Sane then follows it up with an overhead suplex. Jon rolls out of the ring to take a breather, Sane follows him to the outside. Sane then whips Jon into the steel steps and begins jawing at Parker. Sane turns his attention back to Jon and rolled him back into the ring. Sane delivers a hard bodyslam. Followed by STF submission hold. Jon tries to grab the ropes, its clear he is to short to reach them But Parker reaches into the ring and pulls Jon to the ropes breaking the hold. Sane kicks the ropes to back off Parker.]
Jimmy Peckman: Those two always looking out for each other.
[The WWA Television Champion senses he has weakened Smith with his latest assault. He picks Jon up and is looking for a tombstone piledriver, but Jon is able to kick his legs and shift the momentum. Jon begins to slide out the back way, and as he does he grabs a face lock on Sane and then takes him down with a HUGE quick falling reverse DDT! He picks Sane up and whips him to the ropes, Sane tries a roundhouse kick to the head, Jon grabs it and tripped his opponent with the other leg, taking him down. He picks Sane up, gets him on his shoulder, and then delivers a DVD! Smith runs off the ropes and connects with a leg drop.]
Larry Peckman: What an offensive assault!
[Sane and Smith eventually get to their feet, Smith throws right hands to Sane backing him up to the ropes. Sane leans on the ropes as Smith runs off the ropes and connects with a High elevation drop kick, sending Sane to the outside. Smith climbs up the ropes and connects with a flying leg drop to the outside onto Sane! The crowd starts a HOLY SHIT chant. As Smith is slow to get to his feet, and both men roll into the ring.]
Jimmy Peckman: OH MY! Listen to this crowd!
[Smith picks up Sane and connects with the Tiger Driver! Smith rolls on top of Sane, 1...2... and Sane was able to get his shoulder up off the mat. Both men get to their feet, Smith quicker than Sane. The two begin to trade blows, Sane kicks Smith in the midsection. Sane wastes no time and hits a bull dog run, Sane uses the ropes to get to his feet, he grabs the legs of Smith and boomerangs him into the ropes. Sane places his leg on the back of Smiths neck and begins to push down choking Smith.]
Jimmy Peckman: He could break his neck!
Larry Dots: Who cares! Think of the publicity.
[ Meanwhile, Parker walks over to Kimber, Parker tries to give a headband to Kimber, but she smacks him in the face... and Sane releases the hold and begins yelling at Parker to stay away from her.]
Larry Dots: The Brothers Smith have found the weak spot of the psychopath.
[Jon rolls off the ropes and into the corner. Sane comes over and begins to stomp Jon, after a couple stomps Jon grabs the leg of Sane and pushes him away. Sane comes right back hitting a knee bash into the face of Jon. He whips Smith to the corner and hits a spear, breaking Smith in two. Sane connected with a suplex, J leaps to the top of the ropes and attempts a moonsault, but Jon gets his legs up at the right moment. The ref starts a ten count, as both Parker and Kimber are pounding the mat hoping to revive their wrestlers..]
[Both men get to their feet rather slowly Sane goes for a grapple but Smith executes a snap suplex....then holds on. He gets back to his feet and hits Sane with a second snap suplex....he holds on again and then hits him with a third snap suplex. Jon doesn't go for the cover, instead he tosses Sane over the rope and he goes crashing down to the concrete floor. Jon runs to the near ropes and jumps off of them, goes to the top rope and then leaps from the top rope and executes a flying elbow drop on J Sane from the top rope to the arena floor. Both men are hurting at this point, as the crowd is in a frenzy from that high spot.]
Jimmy Peckman: HOLY SHIT! Listen to this crowd!
[A few seconds pass, both men fight their way to their feet. Smith rolls into the ring to catch his breath, Sane follows, Smith goes for a cover but only gets a two. Smith up on his feet, tries to tie up Sane with an STF, but Sane fights his way out of it and whips Smith to the ropes and catches him with a hard kick to the face. Sane then nails a pedigree! Sane falls to the mat, he crawls to make the cover but wasted to much time as Smith kicks out at two.]
Larry Dots: I thought he had him!
[Time passes as Smith struggles to his feet and then walks over to Sane. He puts J Sane up on his shoulders and looks to drive him down with a DVD, but Sane slides out the back door and then lunges with a clothesline, that is ducked By Smith. Jon goes for a clothesline of his own and he nails him with it. Sane is laid out for a moment, as Jon stands over him and executes a standing moonsault. The crowd pops!]
Jimmy Peckman: Excellent show of aerial skills there, and now hes going for the cover!
[He goes for a cover, but somehow Sane was able to kick out, Smith cant believe it. Smith gets to his feet as does Sane, The two stand there both worn out looking at each other, Sane charges at Smith. Smith hits the mat dodging Sanes attack, Sane comes back and Smith connects with a spinning heel kick!]
Jimmy Peckman: Both men now exhausted and on the mat! Listen to this crowd both wanting this exciting match up to go on. Its just going to come down to who wants it more...
[Smith climbs up the tope rope slowly, Sane spots him and also climbs up the turnbuckles, the two are teetering on the top, trading blows, Sane goes for a super suplex but Smith locks his legs with the ropes and pushes Sane off, Smith stands and looks around at the crowd, he leaps and nails the Ownage!]
Jimmy Peckman: He hit OWNAGE! This could be it as he goes for the cover!
[The WMW Tag Team Champion rolls on top of J Sane, as the referee goes to his knees and makes the count.]
[One...]
[Two...]
[Three!]
Jimmy Peckman: JON SMITH DID IT, AND WHAT A MATCH IT WAS!
Larry Dots: Im even impressed. Both guys gave everything they had, but only Jon Smith is moving on to the next round of action.
Jimmy Peckman: Next up we have King X who is representing Tri-States wrestling and his Kingdom will be facing of Twisted from AWA!
King X (TSW) vs. Twisted (AWA) |
[King X is already in the ring, stretching against the ropes.]
Jimmy Peckman: Getting ready for a first round match-up here between King X and Twisted.
[Smoke starts to rise at the ramp way as a fog comes over the arena. Fans come to their feet as "A World So Col" by Mudvayne begins to blare over the pa system. A figure walks out holding something in the hand. By the curves you can see a female. Stacey comes into the small blue spot light on the ramp as there is a crash of lightning and some tornado sirens begin to pierce the ears of the fans. Twisted appears at the top of the ramp with foam forming on his mouth. Stacey pokes him with the stick which can be seen as on of those shock sticks they use at the mental asylum. Twisted straightens out and starts to walk down the ramp. His eyes begin to get shifty as he lashes out at a fan and is immediately hit with the stick again. Climbing into the ring Twisted runs to the corner and climbs pounding on his chest four times and throwing both hands in the air. Holding both fist high in the air Twisted then does a back flip of the top the turnbuckle and immediately lashes out at the referee.]
Larry Dots: Lets get it on!
[The referee calls for the bell.]
Jimmy Peckman: Here we go, and Twisted is charging at King X!
[Twisted rushes King X and quickly takes him down with a running Clothesline. King X gets to his feet before Twisted has time to follow-up, and nails Twisted in the face with an elbow. Both men back off a bit, circling each other.]
Jimmy Peckman: Quick strike exchange by these two to start us off.
[They tie up in the ring, and King X quickly slaps on a headlock, then flips Twisted over, rolling with the headlock takedown. King X holds in the headlock for a few seconds, before Twisted lifts up his legs and traps King X in a leg scissors, making him let go of the headlock. Twisted holds in the lock until King X pulls his head through, quickly getting up to his feet. When Twisted gets up King X is there to grab him and flip him over in a hip Toss, then he quickly drops a standing leg drop across the throat, going for the pin.]
1!
Jimmy Peckman: Only a one count, too early.
[Both men are up to their feet and king X charges at Twisted, only to get thrown over in a Japanese Arm Drag. Both men get up and Twisted ducks a quick clothesline attempt by King X, nailing him with a standing Dropkick to the chest when he turns around. King X drops to the mat and Twisted takes advantaged by quickly feeding him some punches to the face, following up with some elbows.]
Larry Dots: Yeah, thats what I like to see, straight up ass kickin!
[King X tries pushes Twisted off of him, while Twisted unloads with a fury of elbow strikes and punches.]
Jimmy Peckman: Not a pretty move, but defiantly gets the job done in terms of wearing/dazing your opponent.
[Twisted lifts King X to his feet and whips him into the ropes. When King comes back Twisted jumps up and wraps his legs around his head, taking him straight over with a Hurricanrana.]
Larry Dots: Holding on for the pin!
1!
[King X pushes Twisted off, breaking up the pin.]
[Both men get up to their feet and King X lands a quick Dropkick to the knee of Twisted, making his leg fold causing him to fall onto the mat. King X starts stomping on Twisted, then jumps up into the air of the mat and hits a standing elbow drop across the back of Twisteds head.]
Jimmy Peckman: Thatll give you a headache or two.
[King X keeps on the attack, stomping the back of twisters head a few times before he lifts him up to his feet. King X whips Twisted into the turnbuckle, quickly following him in with a jumping forearm to the face. King X lifts Twisted up so hes sitting on the top turnbuckle, then starts climbing up himself. King X and twisted get into a fistfight, resulting in Twisted knocking King X off the ropes with a stiff elbow to the face.]
Jimmy Peckman: Twisted climbing up the rest of the way to the top rope.
[Twisted stands on the top rope, holding his balance, waiting for King X who is slowly getting to his feet. King X gets to his feet, facing away from the turnbuckle. Twisted flies off the top rope, and Missile Dropkicks the back of King Xs head.]
Larry Dots: Ow!
[Twisted gets up to his feet and lands a standing backflip splash, staying on for the pin.]
1!
2!
Larry Dots: Quick two count.
[Twisted gets up and lifts King X to his feet, taking him over with a quick Snapmere, then hits him with a Dropkick to the back of the head. Twisted lifts King X up and whips him into the ropes, he goes down for a Back Body Drop, but King X flips over him, taking him down with a flipping neck breaker.]
Jimmy Peckman: King X answers back!
[King X gets up, Twisted slowly getting up to his feet. King X waits for a second and then runs to the ropes, jumping onto the second rope, bouncing off, flipping back to catch twisted in a springboard Tornado DDT.]
Larry Dots: Nice DDT! Thatll keep ya down for a while.
[King X gets up and lifts Twisted up to his feet. He drags him over to the turnbuckle, and lands a few quick hard left hands, then sits Twisted up onto the top turnbuckle again. King X climbs the turnbuckle, and lifts Twisted up so theyre both standing on the very top. King X hooks Twisted for a Superplex, then tries to lift him over, but twisted keeps his weight down, then nails a knee to the stomach of King X, both men on the top rope.]
Jimmy Peckman: This is dangerous, both men above the ring fighting for position.
[Twisted gets out of the suplex hold, and then boots King X into the stomach. He goes for a power bomb, trying to lift King X up.]
Jimmy Peckman: Oh my God, a power bomb for the top rope!
Larry Dots: That would defiantly end the match!
[Twisted tries lifting up King X again, but King X wont have it. Twisted nails a few forearms across the back, trying to hurt King X long enough to do the power bomb. King X fights out of the position, getting up to his feet again, both men exchanging fists, trying to keep their balance. King X lands a stiff elbow to the side of Twisters face, then pushes him off the turnbuckle, towards the outside. Twisted flies off the top rope and takes a nasty spill to the outside.]
Jimmy Peckman: Oh my God, thats a long drop!
Larry Dots: He could have broken a leg, or gotten knocked out, if his head hit the ground! Thats the stuff I wanna see!
Jimmy Peckman: Are you serious, Larry? He could he seriously hurt!
[King X stands on the top turnbuckle, the crowd going crazy. King X leaps off, landing on top of Twisted, on the outside, with a hug Frog Splash.]
Jimmy Peckman: And as if Twisted wasnt hurtin enough!
Larry Dots: What a splash!
[The crowd cheers like crazy, as both wrestlers are on the outside, rolling in pain.]
Jimmy Peckman: This just says how much these guys want a shot at WWA gold.
Larry Dots: And this is only a first round match, the winner of this match is going to have to wrestle the whole tournament tonight!
[King X slowly gets up to his feet, and then starts to lift up Twisted. Twisted nails a few elbows to the gut, then nails King X in the face with a jumping high kick. King X stays standing, holding his nose, while Twisted jumps up onto the apron, then onto the second rope, flipping backwards in a Moonsault, taking King X down brutally.]
Jimmy Peckman: Nice moonsault! This is a real back-and-forth match we have here.
[Twisted nails in a few stomps, then starts lifting up King X. He slides King X into the ring under the bottom rope, then slides in. Twisted lifts up King X, and whips him into the ropes. King X comes back and Twisted lands a perfect Spinning Heel Kick, nailing King X across the face, taking him down. Twisted runs to the ropes and jumps onto the second rope, facing towards King X. He leaps off the second rope, landing a leg drop across the throat.]
Larry Dots: Nice springboard leg drop!
[Twisted goes for the cover.]
1!
2!
Jimmy Peckman: Kickout at two!
[Twisted gets up, lifting up King X, hooking him for a suplex, quickly lifting King over and slamming him back down onto his back. Twisted starts to climb the to the top rope.]
Larry Dots: Twisted taking a risk here.
[He jumps off the turnbuckle.]
Jimmy Peckman: Beautiful moonsault from the top!
[He holds on for the pin, hooking a leg.]
1!
2!
Larry Dots: Just about, King X barely got that shoulder up.
[Twisted lifts King X up to his feet, and whips him into the ropes. Twisted runs at him and goes for a Clothesline, but King X ducks under and tries to flip Twisted back into a German Suplex, but Twisted keeps his weight down. King X takes an elbow to the head, then another, backing King X up a step. Twisted takes a step back, then super kick King X to the temple, making him collapse.]
Larry Dots: King X could be out!
Jimmy Peckman: I know you would be.
Larry Dots: Shut it.
[Twisted goes for a cover.]
1!
2!
[Kickout.]
[Twisted runs to the ropes, going for a spring board moonsault, but King X moves out of the way causing Twisted to hurt himself. Getting ready to stand up Twisted is met with a drop kick by King X. King X starts stomping on the head of Twisted, then quickly lifts him up, hooking him up for a suplex, lifting him into the air, then drops Twisted onto his head in a Brainbuster.]
Larry Dots: Ow, right on the head!
[King X gets up and runs towards the corner, climbing the turnbuckles. He gets up onto the top rope, and waits for a second before leaping off the top rope. Twisted gets up a quickly and jumps up, sticking out his feet, catching King X with a Front Dropkick on the way down from the turnbuckle, knocking him out.]
Jimmy Peckman: Two boots to the chest, thatll knock the wind outta anymore!
Larry Dots: That was brutal.
[Twisted hits a karate rush, forcing king X into a corner. He then jumps to the rope and as he flips around and pulls King X down with a neck breaker hitting the Twist-Around! Twisted then goes for a pin.]
1!
2!
3!
Jimmy Peckman: Twisted pulls it off with the Twist-Around, advancing to the second round of the Super J tournament! Gotta give it to for King X, too.
Larry Dots: Yeah, but lets not forget he lost.
Jimmy Peckman: Dick.
[Twisted gets up to his feet, while the referee checks on King X. Twisted holds his fists into the air, the crowd cheering.]
Jimmy Peckman: The first two matches tonight have already been very amazing and I think it will just get better as the night grows on. Next up we have Wendy Briese from Tri- States Wrestling taking on Tommy Shaw from WCCW, which is now a defunct federation from the WWA.
Larry Dots: Prediction by me is Tommy Shaw to destroy this women, I mean girls cant beat guys its a proven fact...
Jimmy Peckman: Didnt you tell me you got that black eye cause your now EX-WIFE blasted you?
Larry Dots: Dont you have a match to wait for?
Jimmy Peckman: Exactly, and here we go!
Wendy Briese (TSW) vs. Tommy Shaw (WCCW) |
[The arena goes dark, and a loud electronic hum comes in over the loudspeaker. The video screen has gone completely black, save for a single horizontal green line, almost like a heart monitor, running across it.]
[Then, as the slightly upbeat keyboard intro to Brave Saint Saturns I Fell Away starts, the green line begins moving, fluxing back and forth to the rhythm of the music.]
BOOM!
[As the songs intro ends, a volley of green and gold pyrotechnics explodes on stage.]
#Did you see me falling down from heaven?#
#Breaking every bone I had#
#So I tried to touch the sun#
#I had another fall, you can do the math#
[The crowd erupts into cheers as the uncharacteristic singing of Reese Roper blares over the speakers, and Wendy Briese, her flame-colored hair tied back tightly in a pony tail, walks out onto the stage, smiling and waving to the crowd.]
#I was wrong, is what theyll say#
#Ill watch their smiles fade away#
#Ill watch their black-and-white turn gray#
#Their picture-perfect worlds decay#
[Almost instinctually, Wendy turns around to announce the presence of her manager, but, alas, this week he is not there. Shrugging, and still managing a grin to the cheering audience, Wendy turns back, towards the ring.]
#Today I fell to earth again, again#
#I guess I failed You, I guess I cannot win#
#Today, today, I fell away#
#I fell away#
[Wendy slowly begins to make her way down towards ringside, giving high-fives to fans along the way on both sides of the aisle.]
#Did you see me falling down from heaven?#
#Trailing wings of melted wax#
#Accelerate, at nine-point-eight#
#Accept the fact Im going to crash#
#And so-called friends have gone away#
#And all advice have ceased to stay#
[Wendy reaches the bottom of the entrance ramp, before rolling into the ring. She stands in the middle of the ring, slowly looking around, examining the crowd.]
#Today on fragile wings I tried to touch the sun#
#As wax and feathers melted, all my dreams have come undone#
#Today#
[Wendy retreats to her corner, doing some last minute stretching, awaiting the start of the match.]
[Tommy Shaw is in the opposite corner. The referee calls for the bell.]
Jimmy Peckman: And here we go, first round action with Tommy Shaw and Wendy Briese.
[Tommy and Wendy lock up in the middle of the ring, and Shaw takes control right away with a tight side headlock. He takes Briese over himself with a flipping headlock takedown, then quickly goes for an armbar. Briese doesnt make it easy to lock her arm, and quickly scouts to her feet. Shaw starts jumping up and Briese catches him in a Front Face lock on the way up. While Briese holds the submission, she lands in some leg kicks to the outside knee of Tommy Shaw.]
Larry Dots: Wendy hitting Shaw with some well-placed kicks.
Jimmy Peckman: While wrenching on that neck/head of Shaw.
[Shaw quickly grabs Wendy, and lifts her up in a Northern Lights Suplex.]
Jimmy Peckman: Shaw has the strength advantage over Wendy, though.
[Shaw holds in the pin, hooking one of Wendys leg but Wendy kicks out at two, getting up to their feet at the same time. Shaw tries for a punch but Wendy ducks out of the way, then goes to hit a spinning heel kick to the side of Shaws head, but Tommy ducks it just in time. Shaw answers quickly by grabbing Wendy and flipping her over in a standing Hip Toss, then gets on one knee to apply a side headlock.]
Larry Dots: I thought these were cruiserweights! Whats with all the submissions?
Jimmy Peckman: Get over it, Larry, its wrestling. Its how you wear down your opponent.
[Briese slips out of the headlock and gets up to her feet, only to be met with a hard elbow to her head. Shaw whips Briese into the turnbuckle, then runs in after her, nailing a running forearm smash.]
Larry Dots: Ow!
[Shaw goes for a punch, but Briese quickly ducks out of the way and nails a knife-edge chop on Shaws chest. Briese spins around, getting Shaw into the corner, landing in a few quick kicks and elbows.]
Jimmy Peckman: Wendy fighting for control again.
[She makes Shaw sit on the top turnbuckle, then quickly climbs up and flips Shaw back down with a Hurricanrana, the crowd cheering loudly. Instead of going for a cover she hooks Shaws leg, then spins around and hooks his head in a tight STF.]
Jimmy Peckman: Wendy locking in a painful submission!
[She tries applying it tighter, while Shaw tries fighting out of it.]
Larry Dots: Pretty even so far, Id say.
[Shaw gets out of the hold, and both Wendy and Shaw get to their feet, Shaw being slightly quicker and the second Briese stands he hooks her for a German Suplex, and violently picks her up, making her land on the back of her neck.]
Larry Dots: Brutal German Suplex by Tommy Shaw! He bridges.
1!
2!
[Wendy kicks out, holding the back of her neck.]
Jimmy Peckman: Shaw folded her up good with that suplex.
[Shaw gets on the apron, and pulls down the top rope, lifting himself over it. He extends his leg, flying towards Wendy.]
Jimmy Peckman: Slingshot leg drop across the back of Wendys head!
Larry Dots: Theres the flying I wanna see.
[Shaw goes for a pin.]
1!
2!
[Briese kicks out. Shaw gets up and drags Wendy to her feet, but she fights all the way up, hitting elbows to the sides of Shaw. Shaw hooks Briese for a suplex, then lifts her over, slamming her on her back. Shaw holds on and rolls to his feet, dragging Wendy up to her feet. Shaw lifts Wendy up into the air, and Briese fights out, landing on her feet behind Shaw. Briese quickly runs to the runs and springboards off of them, while Shaw turns around, then hooks him in a springboard spinning Tornado DDT.]
Jimmy Peckman: Nice DDT! Theres some flying for ya.
[Briese goes for a cover.]
1!
2!
[Shaw kicks out. Briese gets up to her feet and laps off the mat, hitting Shaw with an elbow drop, making Shaw fall back down again. Briese quickly lands in a few stomps, then drags Shaw to his feet. Briese whips Shaw off the rope, and runs across the ring, jumping onto the second rope. She leaps off when Shaw gets close enough, taking him down with a Flying Clothesline. Briese then tries to apply an armbar, but Shaw locks his hands together. Briese tries pulling his arm, but Shaw gets up to his feet, Wendy still holding onto the armbar.]
Jimmy Peckman: Shaw is starting to lift up Briese!
[Shaw lifts Briese off the mat, then slams her down on her back, power bomb style.]
Larry Dots: Thats gotta hurt!
[Briese holds onto the arm, trying to drag Shaw down, while Shaw starts lifting her up again. When Shaw starts slamming her down, Wendy quickly wraps her legs around his head and takes him over with a quick Hurricanrana, sending Tommy Shaw between the top and second rope, making him tumble to the outside.]
Jimmy Peckman: Nice counter.
[Briese runs across the ring and hits the ropes, then charges back and leaps over the top rope, nailing Shaw in the head with a huge flying elbow.]
Larry Dots: What a spill on the outside!
[While Shaw is recovering, Briese slides into the ring, and starts climbing the turnbuckles to the top rope. The crowd gets on their feet, while Wendy waits.]
Jimmy Peckman: I wouldnt wanna be Tommy Shaw right now!
[Briese leaps off the to turnbuckle, just as Shaw gets up to his feet, doing a full 450 in air, landing across Shaw, taking him down to the hard floor, right near the guard rails.]
Larry Dots: What a sick 450 Plancha!
Jimmy Peckman: Briese is taking it to Shaw!
[Wendy slows gets up, obviously feeling some pain. She lifts Shaw to his feet and slides him into the ring, then crawls in herself, making her way to the corner.]
Jimmy Peckman: Wendy going hig risk again!
[Wendy stands on the top turnbuckle, bends her knees and sails off, spinning backwards in a Shooting Star, landing a leg across the throat of Tommy Shaw, the crowd goes nuts.]
Jimmy Peckman: Theres the Flowers fall!
1!
2!
[Shaw gets the shoulder up at the last moment.]
Jimmy Peckman: And he kicks out!
[Briese gets up to her knees.]
Larry Dots: Shaw can take a beating.
[Briese lifts Shaw up to his feet, and drags him to the corner, sitting up on the turnbuckle. She wraps her arm around his head, jumping/spinning off the turnbuckle, looking for that tornado DDT.]
Larry Dots: Wendy locking for that Vortexinator!
[At the last second Shaw pushes Briese off him and she lands on her feet in the middle of the ring. Shaw quickly charges and goes for a running clothesline but Briese ducks. On the turnaround Shaw spins and catches Briese with a spinning heel kick to the temple. Right after the kick Shaw hits a quick kick to the gut and then a DDT.]
Jimmy Peckman: Shaw seems to still have some fight left in him.
[Shaw holds his head, and then starts to lift up Briese. Shaw hooks her for a German Suplex. Briese nails a few back elbows to the face, then quickly runs to the ropes, spring boarding off and catching Shaw in a springboard Dragonrana!]
Jimmy Peckman: Emerald Cyclone!
[Wendy hooks both legs.]
1!
2!
3!
Larry Dots: She did it.
Jimmy Peckman: Wendy Briese advances in the 2005 Super J!
Larry Dots: Are you excited?
Jimmy Peckman: YEAH! Up next Masafumi Satake takes on The Great H!
Masafumi Satake Prepares For Battle... |
[Masafumi Satake paces through the backstage area. Nyoko
comes up from behind him and grabs his hand.]
Nyoko: You have nothing to worry about, Masafumi. This is your moment. This is your
time to shine. Now go out there and do it.
[Satake shook his head in confidence.]
Satake: I'm ready. Nothing can stop me now. I've waited too long not to make the best
of this opportunity, and I can't see anything stopping me.
Nyoko: That's what I like to hear, now go out there and make me proud.
[Satake kissed her on the forehead, and began to start walking towards the ring area.
Great H is in the ring, in his corner, stretching against the ropes.]

Masafumi Satake (Free Agent) Vs. The Great H (Free Agent)
["Ali -vs- Frazier" by Bane starts up over the PA system as out walks Masafumi Satake, the Japanese wrestling superstar, with his hands in the air. He has a look of confidence as he rotates his neck in preparation for tonight's festivities. Masafumi wears no shirt, and has wide black pants with a red strip circling the waist line of the pants. His simple black wrestling boots stomp against the ground as he quickens his pace towards the ring. The fans now are behind him, as he slides into the ring and gets ready for the first round of the WWA Super J tournament.]
Jimmy Peckman: First round action here with Great H going one-on-one with Masafumi Satake.
Larry Dots: Theres a mouthful.
[The referee rings the bell.]
Larry Dots: And here we go!
[Satake charges out of his corner quickly and nails Great H with an elbow strike to the head, then a quick knife edge chop. Satake lands a high jumping kick to the face and quickly follows it with a wild left hand.]
Jimmy Peckman: Satake taking it to Great H early, backing him up into the corner!
[Satake keeps on the attack, hitting a few more elbows before he boots Great H into the gut and hooks him up for a suplex, taking him over quickly. Satake gets up and nails in a few stomps on Great H, then gets down to one knee and unloads some wild punches.]
Larry Dots: Satake seems pissed from all the smack Great H was talking.
[Satake grabs Great Hs legs and goes for a Boston Crab, flipping Great H over half-way. Great H fights out of it and gets to his feet, answering back with a few punches of his own. Great H and Satake get into a fist-fight, right in the middle of the ring.]
Jimmy Peckman: Those are some brutal punches!
[Great H ducks a punch and jumps into the air, nailing Satake with a jumping side kick to the head. Satake takes the blow, and holds the side of his head while Great H gets up and nails a quick Dropkick to the knees, making Satake fall. Great H starts stomping on Satake violently, then nails a few falling elbows. Great H lifts Satake to his feet and whips him into the ropes, when Satake comes back Great H catches him in a huge Belly to Belly suplex, tossing Satake a good distance.]
Jimmy Peckman: Satake takes a bump on that neck, but rolls to his feet.
[Satake charges at Great H, and H goes for a clothesline, but Satake ducks and grabs both of Great Hs arms from behind, locking them in a cross-arm.]
Larry Dots: Satake lifts him up
[Then slams him onto his head, in the middle of the ring.]
Jimmy Peckman: Matsuzaka Buster! That cross-armed Northern Lights Bomb may be the end for the Great H!
[Satake plays to the crowd a little bit, then lifts up Great H, hooking him up for a power bomb. Satake quickly lifts him up, and brutally slams him down onto the mat, going for the cover.]

3!
Larry Dots: Its over; Masafumi Satake makes short work of Great H, and moves on in the 2005 Super J!
Jimmy Peckman: He hit his finisher out of nowhere, then caught Great H with the power bomb. A match could end just like that.
Larry Dots: And it did, impressive win for Masafumi Satake.
Jimmy Peckman: Hell yeah it was impressive thats what I expect to see each and every match this guy is in! Next up we have Justice who is a free agent will be wrestling Bones who was suppose to show up in SWF but I havent seen or heard of anything yet.

Jimmy Peckman: Next up we have Dynamite Kid going up against FUTURE!
Kid Dynamite (AWA) vs. Future (TSW) |
Zorana Blair - Entering The Ring From West Newberry Massachusetts weighing In At 225 Pounds.... The Current AWA Cruiserweight Champion.... KID DYNAMITE!!!!!
[Kid Dynamite walks up the ramp and the crowd stands up
and cheer, he lifts his hand up and slides through the ring Kid Dynamite goes on the
turnbuckle and smiles with the belt in his hand. As the music stops Kid Dynamite rises the
AWA cruiserweight title as future enters
DOTS: Standing across the ring from Dynamite Kid is the former UWF this and that The
Future.
PECKMAN: In many ways, Dynamite is in the same position Future was in only a few short
years ago. Not too long ago, Future was dominating the UWF mid-ranks and being talked
about as the next star to break into alliance gold.
DOTS: But he seems to have lost a bit of his momentum. It all started with the closing of
the UWF and he hasnt seemed to recover since.
PECKMAN: Thats all in the past. Right now, we have the present. Lets get on
with that, which is the match at hand.
DOTS: Gee, very philosophical.
[The bell rings and Future starts the match off with a bit of trash talking while pointing
at Dynamite. Dynamite however keeps his cool and instead, he just walks forward and
initiates a lock up with his opponent. Both men jockey for position until Dynamite works
himself behind Future, taking him over with a release German Suplex.]
PECKMAN: And the Kid strikes first with a perfectly executed German Suplex. Future looks
stunned.
[Future slams his fist into the mat and gets back to his feet, only to be met with a
knife-edge chop that sends Future reeling backwards. Frustrated, Future charges at
Dynamite, but hes taken down with a quick drop toehold. With a quick fluid motion,
Dynamite momentarily locks him in an ankle lock submission before quickly maneuvering
himself on Futures back, putting him in a reverse chin lock.]
DOTS: Kid Dynamite is looking like art in motion. Future better get going otherwise he
will be seeing a quick first round exit in the Super J.
[Unfortunately, Future was a little too close to the edge of the ring and he grabs hold of
the bottom rope, causing Dynamite to break the hold. Both men get back to their feet
followed by Future staggering backwards, trying to develop an effective plan of attack.]
PECKMAN: Future is hesitating. Is he scared to launch an attack?
DOTS: It doesnt sound like him, but it seems to be the case right here.
[Future cracks his neck and once again, locks up with Dynamite. Once again though, the Kid
works his way behind Future and takes him down with yet another release German Suplex.]
PECKMAN: And Dynamite is batting a thousand. Hes really using his speed to his
advantage.
[Dynamite tries to grab hold of the fallen Future, but he squirms away and rolls to the
outside.]
DOTS: Future doesnt know what to do. Dynamite has an answer for everything.
[Future yells at the ref to keep the Kid away as he rolls back into the ring. Finally, the
ref moves out of the way and Kid Dynamite advances towards Future. Future feigns another
lock up, but instead, he jabs a finger into his opponents eye. Dynamite staggers
backwards and Future follows up with a running face buster. Dynamites face bounces
off the mat and Future springs to his feet. Happy with the results, he runs to the ropes
and yells at the crowd causing them to erupt in a wave of booing.]
PECKMAN: Futures obviously proud with himself after that, but I dont know if
he really has time to taunt the crowd. His attention should stay on Kid Dynamite who has,
up until this point, handed him his ass.
[Behind his celebrating opponent, Dynamite gets back to his feet. Reacting to people in
the crowd pointing, Future turns around, only to be met with a dropkick that fells him.
Future is stunned and Dynamite goes for the pin.]

PECKMAN: Almost a HUGE upset right there! Kid Dynamite is looking phenomenal tonight!
DOTS: This guy is looking like a professional fighter going up against a comic relief. He
is making a big impression.
[Dynamite grabs Future by the tights and attempts to lift him to his feet, but Future
counters with an uppercut to the groin. Dynamite keels over and Future takes advantage by
rolling him into a small package.]

KICKOUT!!
DOTS: Oh, so close.
PECKMAN: Future almost stole one right there. But apparently he doesnt think
its his own fault
[Future leaps to his feet, enraged. He charges at the ref screaming of a slow count. The
ref raises 2 fingers, exaggerating the fact that Future did not win.]
DOTS: An uncharacteristic temper tantrum by the Barqs loving bastard.
PECKMAN: It looks like it just might cost him though; Kid Dynamite is back to his feet!
[The Kid gets back to his feet and walks behind Future, tapping him on the shoulder.
Future turns around swinging, but Dynamite dodges and takes him down with a variation of a
tornado DDT.]
PECKMAN: Im astonished!
[Dynamite isnt done however. Without batting an eye, he runs over to the corner and
climbs to the top turnbuckle, jumps in the air, spins around in mid air and lands on
Future.]
PECKMAN: He calls that the Spinning Dive

DOTS: Theres your winner and the Super Js newest sensation, Kid Dynamite!
[Dynamite stands up, raises his hand and smirks but Future gets back to his feet. However,
before Future can retaliate in any way, Dynamite floors him with a right hand before
making his way back up the ramp.]
PECKMAN: An outstanding victory over the veteran Future. Kid Dynamite showed us just how
great his abilities are, but Im sure thats not even the tip of the iceberg.
Ryan Franklin (TSW) vs. "The
Wizard" Bryan Smith (TSW) |
Jimmy Peckman: This next match should be a great match and one of these wrestlers will make a different in this entire tournament. Next up we have Ryan Franklin from TSW, and the Heavyweight champion from TSW "The Wizard" Bryan Smith facing off in the first round!
Zorana Blair: The following match is

Weighing in at two hundred and seventeen pounds, hailing from Roseville, Michigan, he is

SMITH!!!!!!"
"His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready
To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgettin
What he wrote down, the whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's chokin, how everybody's jokin now
The clock's run out, time's up over, bloah!
Snap back to reality, Oh there goes gravity
Oh, there goes Rabbit, he choked
He's so mad, but he won't give up that
Is he? No
He won't have it, he knows his whole back city's ropes
It don't matter, he's dope
He knows that, but he's broke
He's so stacked that he knows
When he goes back to his mobile home, that's when it's
Back to the lab again yo
This whole rap shit
He better go capture this moment and hope it don't pass him"
[Now emerging from the curtain is "The Wizard" Bryan Smith. Smith, he is wearing
a pair of baggy pants, and has no shirt on. His tattoos are showing, along with his ripped
body. He has his beloved TSW Mid-West Heavyweight championship across his right shoulder.]
**No more games, I'ma change what you call rage

I was playin in the beginnin, the mood all changed
I been chewed up and spit out and booed off stage
But I kept rhymin and stepwritin the next cypher
Best believe somebody's payin the pied piper
All the pain inside amplified by the fact
That I can't get by with my 9 to 5
And I can't provide the right type of life for my family
Cuz man, these goddam food stamps don't buy diapers
And it's no movie, there's no Mekhi Phifer, this is my life
And these times are so hard and it's getting even harder
Tryin to feed and water my seed, plus
See dishonor caught up bein a father and a prima donna
Baby mama drama's screamin on and
Too much for me to wanna
Stay in one spot, another jam or not
Has gotten me to the point, I'm like a snail

Success is my only mothafuckin option, failure's not

[He gets into the ring and poses with his championship title as the referee takes it and
it to the time keeper.]
["Mama Anti-Fascisto" by closer Monster starts up, the sing-a-long punk rock
lyrics and fast beat blaring over the speakers. Ryan Franklin appears at the
top of the ramp, putting both fists into the air while he slowly walks down
the ramp.]
[He slides under the bottom rope, getting up to his feet, again putting his
fists into the air. He starts stretching his back on the ropes, an intense
look on his face.]
Zorana Blair: Now in the ring at two hundred and thirty pounds Ryan Franklin!
Jimmy Peckman: Listen to this crowd! They are behind "The Wizard" Bryan Smith
!!!!!!
Larry Dots: Yeah, Yeah he has the crowd behind but look at Ryan he does not seem to care
about the crowd he wants Bryan Smith!
[The Bell Sounds...]
[The two men circle the ring as they lock in the center of the ring as Ryan quickly goes
for a Japanese Arm Drag on Bryan as he quickly back up on his feet only to back down with
a Leg Sweep from Ryan as he goes for Fujwara armbar, but Bryan moves quickly to get back
up on his feet. Ryan catches Bryan with a couple of Elbows that cause Bryan to stumble
back into the ropes, and Ryan follows it up with an irish whip into the ropes as Bryan
comes off Ryan catches Bryan with Spinebuster driving Bryan's back into the canvas as Ryan
goes for a quick pin.... One...and Half as Bryan kicks out of the pin.]
Jimmy: Ryan tries for the quick pin trying to steal this match in the early minutes.
Larry: If Ryan had hooked the trunks he would have beaten Bryan!
Jimmy: Are you telling me in order for Ryan to win he is going to have to cheat?
Larry: Hey all I am saying this if you have to cheat to win there is no shame in that game
do whatever you have to do to win, and move on in this Super J Cup!
[Franklin goes for a quick elbow to the side of Smiths head, but Smith
blocks. Ryan strikes with a quick leg kick on Bryan, quickly following up with a takedown,
Ryan putting his foot behind the leg of Bryan to trip him while he pushes him down. Once
on the mat, Ryan lands in a few elbows to the face before quickly going for an armbar. He
gets the arm but Smith locks both his arms together.
Ryan lets go of the armbar and both men quickly rolls to there feet. Ryan catches The
Wizard on the way up with a Front Face lock, taking him back down to the mat, wrenching on
his neck, putting his weight on Wizards neck and head, holding him low to the mat.

Jimmy: Bryan wins a hard fought battle! What a match that is what this Super J Cup is all
about!
Larry: If Ryan had hooked the trunks he would have won this match!
Jimmy Peckman: Up next we have he final match of the first round which is
"Ruthless" Wally Renfield going up against Burning Dragon!
"Ruthless" Wally Reinfield (SWF)
vs. Burning Dragon (WMW) |
Jimmy Peckman: This should be a good match between the two, as they have already made it down to the ring after that amazing match between Ryan Franklin and "The Wizard" Bryan Smith.
Larry Dots: I should go tell Wally you hate him so he can fire you this coming Warpath!
Jimmy Peckman: Tell him lies? Now why would you do something like that? Because youre a dumb ass Larry, you have no life outside of this and look!
[Wally Renfield and Burning Dragon tie up quickly, but Wally over powers him and takes him to the ground. He drops a few elbows onto Burning Dragons chest and then gets up quickly and nails him with a huge leg drop. Renfield takes to the top turnbuckle and jumps off landing a stomp into Dragons already weakened chest and takes the cover for the pinfall and victory.]
Jimmy Peckman: RENFIELD ADVANCES TO THE SECOND ROUND!
Larry Dots: What is the second round of the Super J looking like Jimmy?
Jimmy Peckman: It is looking to be great; in the first match we have Jon Smith taking on Twisted!
Larry Dots: Should be a good match I see Twisted going on to defeat him and wait to wrestle somebody in the semi finals!
Jimmy Peckman: Another match I am excited to see is Masafumi Satake taking on Wendy Briese. I wonder if Satake will do what he did to The Great H in the first round! If he did he would basically break her in half!
Larry Dots: What about Dynamite Kid facing off against Justice, how well do you think that will go over?
Jimmy Peckman: I think Dynamite Kid is going to be in a world of pain and will not be able to show his face ever again because Justice is going to completely own his ass!
Larry Dots: What about "The Wizard" Bryan Smith going up against "Ruthless" Wally Renfield...?
Jimmy Peckman: I think that it is going to be a great match, I mean I know you want Wally to win because you think he will take this entire tournament. I think whoever wins out of this two will lose in the semi finals anyways.
Larry Dots: You need to relax man its just simple and easy questions...
Jimmy Peckman: Well Im just stating the facts here, Bryan has never beat Justice, and well Wally and Justice have never faced off before.
